This place needs to hire more intelligent people. I had waited three months to get in and ended up having to reschedule. Ask them if they can just call somebody and switch days. They said they were not able to do that. I would have to get put back to the bottom of the pile and be another three months. If they unable to do a simple task like that, I sure would not want them doing any medical stuff on me. These schedulers are so lazy God forbid they do their job.

They need to communicate what you need to bring to the appointment when you make the appointment. Not by a text!

This place doesn't communicate or do as they say. Met with Dr in July was told we are going to do a CT scan and getting meds to stop smoking. I never received a script for those med and when I showed up for my scan it it wasn't a CT scan it was a lung function test. I called asking no one knew. I refused the test. A few days later after leaving tons of messages I received a call back. They wanted to schedule my CT scan. Scheduled and went to the CT scan over 2 weeks later and still havent heard a word.
