I drive 5 hours just to see Dr Ibe. I think that says it all.
Dr lodhi is awesome dr caring and you know it when you leave his nurse very nice But wrong desk girl big gal name Matia is rude unfriendly not a people person acts like she hates her job..ignores patient.the 5 stars for dr and nurse no stars for her...she sirs on the right side. Needs nice classes
Will never use again. According to Heather w. Billing Supervisor. My 75 dollar copay for specialist doesn't apply because they bill out patient for all specialist. Now I have a 400 dollar bill coming. Asked how a patient is supposed to know before receiving services and told they have a pamphlet. Just happened to be taking my mom to a kidney specialist and receptionist knows nothing about pamphlet. Patient experience knows nothing about pamphlet. So they just continue to screws patients.
