Don't see Dr. Chobufo as a patient with concerns about POTS, ME/CFS, or hypermobile-related chest pain. Not only did he completely ignore me when I warned him that his nurse did not do the POTS test correctly, but my second appointment with him (when his female assistant was not around) had me in tears. He was so friendly and professional when she was there during my first appointment. I used to love this place! It was easy to schedule and to talk to someone. I absolutely loathe calling there. Staying on hold for over 10 minutes is just ridiculous. You never see the actual doctor anymore.
My grandpa has been trying to get a refill of his crucial heart medication for OVER A WEEK with no reply from this practice. He keeps being told “someone will call him back,”yet no one ever does. This is despicable. Take better care of your patients and actually prioritize their health.
If they give you a Zio heart monitor they won't tell you adhesive removal pads are hiding in the middle of your booklet. Any oil will safely remove it. I used grapeseed oil, the tech on the Zio product phone line suggested baby oil or any other oil. Peel back the edge, wipe with a paper towel covered in oil, and keep peeling it off. You're welcome!
The service is terrible I love my doctor he’s great! But the office ladies can’t do their jobs it’s so hard to get ahold of anybody to make appointments and when I finally did they hung up on me within 5 seconds of them saying hello and didn’t even allow me to say anything back. They have messed up my appointment dates multiple times which has made it difficult with everything we have going on and how busy we are.
