I'm probably one of the hardest customers for any dentist / hygienist because I have a mouth full of sensitive teeth. I don't like having my teeth cleaned. And because of my fear of mouth pain, I choose John Rhodes. He is experienced and exceptional at patient comfort and at selecting the best people for his staff. Berkeley ( one of John's hygienists) just cleaned my teeth and remarkably I had almost no discomfort , teeth look and feel fantastic, she even took care of my coffee stains. Great staff and atmosphere. Very knowledgable and thorough.
Had my first visit yesterday and was totally impressed. The staff was so friendly and efficient. I had zero waiting time. I was immediately taken for X-Rays and then Dr. Rhodes did a complete visual exam. After that, the hygienist Berkley, came in and performed the cleaning procedure... and a fabulous job she did! I am 100 % satisfied with Dr. Rhodes and his office staff, and will be recommending them to all my friends for their dental needs.
I'm a new patient and was delighted with my first visit. I couldn't have asked for a friendlier staff or a more thorough examination. I can't believe I'm saying "I can't wait for my next dentist appointment"!
Very nice atmosphere - clean and modern facility. Courteous and professional. Will be my dentist 'of choice' going forward.
I just want to let everyone in the office know what a wonderful experience I had there. From the moment I made the appt. to the time I left. Jodi in the front office, Samantha and Hannah, Berkley, and Dr. Rhodes are an awesome team! The office was so clean and organized. Dr. Rhodes is precious! On top of being very proficient at what he does, he really took the time to get to know me. I feel like everyone went above and beyond to make my experience great. Thank You!
