I often hear from my patients that I am "down-to-earth" and "real." I am professional, but very personal. I take the time to get to know my patients, and evaluate where I can help them. Some patients come in and want an over-haul of their entire mouths and smiles... and I am happy to help them with that. There are multiple reasons why I travel far just to remain a patient of theirs. Just one example, I was off one hour with my appointment time, with a full schedule and they still managed to get me in. Their response could of been, you'll have to reschedule. What could of been a bad day instead they turned it into a great day!
