We just got back today after a 4 night break with our 3 doggies. We already miss it! Can’t recommend it enough to our friends and family. All the special touches in the cottage from when you arrive to when you leave really do make a difference. So lovely! Such a brilliant place for dog owners. Our boys loved the dog meadow as well as their doggie basket upon arrival. Martin and Deborah are the perfect hosts! We think this is the best UK self catering, love the area, so much to see & do, great for kids and dog lovers, excellent food found in the local pubs, exceptionally comfortable accommodation and very helpful hosts, Martin & Deborah, Nigel & Karen

Another fantastic weekend thank you so much. As a family we always have lots of fun, whether that’s feeding the animals, playing in the games/playroom or in the garden. The service received is brilliant and we couldn’t ask for anything better. My 3 year old son and 18 month old daughter had a brilliant time being farmers and Nigel has so much patience with them. Well equipped cottage. Toddler friendly. Everything thought of! Nigel goes over and above to ensure everyone has a good farm experience - feeding the animals every morning for nearly an hour. We stayed in Mycock Cottage. Thoroughly recommended.

Just returned from a lovely 4 nights at wheeldon cottages. I can honestly say it was such a lovely experience, the little touches from the moment we arrived to the moment we left were excellent. A nice warm welcome to both us and our dog. Cottage was 5 star with everything you can need, and if you needed extra it wasn’t any bother. We stayed in the walkers rest cottage which was clean and spacious. Will definitely return again!
