I have bought a power lift for my home 5 years ago with warranties for 3 years . Their stair lift has been wonderful for us , 5 years and no call back to their center for repairs at all, until a month ago that batteries died and made a call to them on the week day. Had Ali come by for an Air Canada damage claim. He was very attentive to detail and communication right from the start. Was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Came by at the end of a long day and delivered the part and made sure everything was perfect. Solid dude.
