Great service very sweet staff from the owner the driver (Renee) was very professional and communicated very well
I was driving behind one of their vans with the ID WRL03 and saw the driver run a red light & a stop sign. I tried to call and inform the company, but I couldn't find a number that worked. Be aware that at least this particular driver DOES NOT drive safely!
Every time medical transport sets up a ride for me with them they never show up. I have to reschedule my doctor appointments and then my doctors get mad at me for not showing up and calling after my appointment time to reschedule because they never showed. Horrible company.
