I agree 100%! I had a very similar experience with this same individual at the same store. Not sure if this is the only store but very low level service. He talks down to people and turns his nose up at some. I would advise ordering from a great company called EAST COAST TIRES. They have a worderful staff and provide exceptional service as well. And if you need to have the work done, trust your dealer to ensure that your labor is warrantied. LOVE EAST COAST TIRES! Thanks East Coast!
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I ordered custom wheels and had them installed by this company and they damaged my wheel and stated that they would not replace them because I did not buy them from there. Also, the lug nuts that I ordered with the wheel were not the right size and this company charged me $30 dollars more for the same kind of nuts that I had just purchased. David stated that if I had purchased my wheels from him, they'd be free...but I'm sure that's not the case it would have just been included in the entire... read more
