Waitress seemed to be off kilter. Never once did she smile. We got our own coffee refills. She forgot the hash browns that were ordered. Just very disappointed, as usually this place is amazing in service as well as in food

Wheel in is a great cafe. Great food. The servers are very sweet.
I ordered food online to pick up. Nothing was made correctly and they forgot some of the sides and dressings. I usually don't mind this place but I'm very disappointed with what I got tonight. Not good at all.
It was bland in taste, the servers seemed to be lacking enthusiasm, and seating seems to quite small with low ceiling hieght. I'd give it 5 stars if if i was 5'3", old, and didnt like seasoning
Love coming there every time we come to watertown waitstaff is always super kind and sweet. And its always great every time. Great food great staff. Love it
