geat service – I can't believe I just found out about this service. My food came quickly and was great from Ali Baba. I can't wait to order again!
Never ever use this place. – The amount they charge to deliver food is absolutely outrageous - the bill I had to pay was nearly double how much my food cost, and that was before tip (it was certainly double my cost after that). While the lady who placed my order was helpful, the man who answered the phone to answer my question (is tip included in my charge) was extremely dismissive and rude, stopping to make other conversation while I attempted to ask questions. Next time, I'll just get my food myself.
Never again – Tonight, after an hour and fifteen minute wait, I called to confirm an order I'd placed. I was someone spoke to...me, and I had cancelled the order. When I let them know, no, my phone is beside me, hasn't rung and I certainly didn't speak with someone and cancel the order, I was told that this individual listened to the clerk call and talk to me. Working late? Call Wheel Deliver... This is a great alternative (in case you don't have an intern with nothing to do sitting around) for those late nights at the office or if you're just plain lazy. Wheel Deliver will deliver your choice of food from your favorite restaurants and bring it to you. So if you're favorite restaurant doesn't deliver - no fear - Wheel Deliver's got you covered! correction. – wrong. they deliver for east liberty. always have. they don't go to garfield or the hill district or homewood and that's about it.
Never Use Them!!! – I have been a faithful customer of Wheel Deliver for years, when I lived in Lawrenceville and Point Breeze. Now that I live in East Liberty, they tell me I am out of their delivery area. But they are in Squirrel Hill and deliver to Mt. Washington, East Liberty is "out of their delivery area" and they asked me never to call back again. Never again!!!! Segregation ended with the Civil Rights Movement!!!
