Matt with the big ears was very helpful and made sure we got out the door in a timely manner and got exactly what we were looking for !
Very disappointed with my experience at this tire shop. The customer service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt rushed the entire time. I was quoted one price and then charged more without a clear explanation. The work also took much longer than promised, and I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value honesty, transparency, and good customer service.
Ordered a set of weld Beadlocks august 21st, paid extra for fast shipping, for them to be on vacation till the 3rd and still on the 8th not hearing anything about my wheels, updates , and whoever is on the phone is so rude to customers.
Terrible company to do business with. Stay away from these people. Never recieved my wheels.
