Worst customer service ever. Waited a week for an order that was out of stock. We were never notified and the person we spoke with acted as if it was an inconvenience for us to be calling them. We will never do business with them again.
Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order and they said it already shipped. It didnt actually ship for two days beyond that. Now my tire is bulging and falling apart and I've only had them for a month. Even though it's under warranty they want me to pay to send it back so they can inspect it but he already said it was my fault by driving with low or no air. I bought rims and tires so they're all brand new and have no leaks. Total rip off from Fred Khoury! They even have their own family posting reviews. What a sc... read more
