Recreation Since their move I haven't yet purchased anything from the new location, however I did from the store on Rt. 9. The workers are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was in a tight spot to get a hard-to-find roof rack for our VW New Beetle in time for an upcoming trip. Ed took the time to personally check his inventory, found what we needed, then went above and beyond reasonable expectations to run out of the shop and ship it to me that morning. It not only arrived in time, but two days earlier than requested! The price for the rack was better than fair, and the service was really exceptional. I'm a very pleased customer.

I purchased a bike from these guys and had it shipped from the store to Massachusetts where I live, their responsiveness, helpfulness and customer service was amazing! Fast forward less than a year and something broke, these guys went out of their way to help and get me a replacement part. True professionals and worthy of your business. All this and I've never met them! Maybe one day I'll make it to Wappingers Falls. Thanks guys and keep up the awesome work!
