Avoid this location, went in with all the signs and symptoms of strep. Waited 45 minutes to get tested and it came back negative. Went to my regular doctor the next day when symptoms worsened and had a positive strep result.
I have been dealing with a charge dispute and wanted to warn people with high deductible plans to avoid this urgent care. This urgent care is considered a level 2 urgent care and they separately bill for the facility and the physician. My insurance stated that I have a $75 copay for urgent care visits and I was charged $512 for my wife’s 10 minute visit and flu test. Been getting blood work done at this location for the last five months never failed me. I’m on my way there right now to get blood work done again.
Arrived 10 min before close and my husband was turned away at urgent care.
