Unprofessional! I messaged my doctor with a question on my-chart. After receiving a response from a medical advisor with inaccurate information, I decided to call the clinic. The woman answering the phone was rude and arrogant throughout the call. As I attempted to explain the situation I was interrupted, belittled and ultimately got nowhere. Guess if I can’t get ahold of my doctor I’ll have to find a new one.

The lab here is not good, won't give results to the PCP office, they are rude and very difficult to get results!
If I could give a 0 I would. The entire medical staff, except the doctors, needs to be fired. Horrible customer service. Rude, horrible communicators, exhibiting a complete lack of empathy and follow through. The front desk staff are wonderful. The clinic's nurses are offsite, working from home--what a top-down, shark-like approach to running a medical facility. Shame on you, Ascension, you have failed this location.
