My granddaughter was hospitalized for 4 days last week. The nurses, respiratory doctors and all other staff were very kind and compassionate. She was being treated for breathing difficulties due to asthma. It had happened after playing outside in the Spring pollen. Yet she wore the same tee shirt -- that she had played in the woods, had come through ER wearing -- that same shirt in the hospital for 3 days. I was an adolescent patient there in early October of 2015 and the care I received was terrible. They treated me like an animal even though I was the most well behaved patients there. I witnessed nurses beating little children. Dr.Bergs was one of the worst doctors ever. He was very quick to give me medicine and had ordered me into the quiet room after I refused to take a medication that I was allergic to. St. Lukes mental Health facility with the exception of a few nurses and one therapist This place is unorganized, unsafe, NOT helpful ... We had hoped this place would help our child ... instead I feel she is worse off than when we choose to seek help. Dr. Khan is rude and quick to give Rx ... and feels he above talking with parents ...Do NOT send your child here!

Terrible treatment, low quality staffing, pathetic interiors and people on staff told me a different answer to the same questions! Would be a great place to film about a hospital in the 1950's!!!

My doctor at St. Luke's didn't listen to any of my issues and prescribed me medication after medication until i felt decent. Then he dropped me when i lost my insurance and left me with no help finding another doctor. I wouldn't think it a big deal except the meds he had me on produce awful withdrawal leaving me to think he could give two shits about his patients mental health as well as general health

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
