Over several months, I attempted to schedule treatment for a chronic dry eye issue, only to arrive for a long-awaited procedure and be told it could not be performed because required pre-authorizations had not been completed by the clinic despite numerous scheduling conversations and confirmations. I had an absolute positive experience at the Wheaton eye clinic Naperville. The tech, I believe her name is Yolenta was so kind and thorough. Dr. Reddy explained everything to me and was very comforting. I would recommend this clinic 100%. Thank you for everything.
