I took it in even though I was told you didn't buy it here. I told them there was a pinhole in the CV boot and it was throwing grease they told me no I was wrong I was over greasing it. I told them the back lighting for the defrost button burned out I had to show it to them and even though they have the build sheet they still ordered the wrong part. Poor customer service, the receptionist did a great job welcoming but one of the sale’s guy was awful. Will not go there again.
OMG Shout out to the amazing service staff at Wheaton! I was given the ultimate runaround by GM Canada with regards to an airbag recall. The air bags were killing people. GM did everything possible to avoid fixing my car but Marty and the service staff at Wheaton, Natalie and Rose, bent over backwards to help! 6 stars and thanks!!!

My father leased a Cadillac from Wheaton, but he passed away in February of 2023. Wheaton will not cancel the remainder of the lease, even though my widowed mother cannot drive the car, and was not on the lease. Instead, they insist that she continue pay the monthly fee until the lease expires in October 2024, or that she pay over $20,000 to break the lease. This is shameful behaviour, to take advantage of a senior citizen who can barely afford the cost of the lease, and can't even use the car she's being forced to keep. We ... read more
