I am extremely disappointed by my family’s experience at Wheaton Beauty Supply on August 24, 2026, at approximately 3:30 p.m. During our visit, the store manager aggressively shouted at my five-year-old twin boys, leaving them frightened and emotionally distressed. The manager of this store is extremely unprofessional and very bad for kids. As a woman and a mother, I wouldn't trust this store for any mother who loves her kids. This manager is very rude to kids and treats them like nothing. She is unprofessional and has a weak mindset when it comes to treating kids. I don't recommend any person to walk there with kids, even if products are given for free. I won't step a foot in this store.

Very disappointing and upsetting experience. The store manager was extremely rude and disrespectful toward my children. My kids accidentally dropped a hair product on the floor, and instead of handling the situation calmly, she yelled at them. My children were extremely scared and started crying. No child should be treated that way over an accident. As a parent, I was shocked and very upset by how the situation was handled. The store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was argumentative with customers and made the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, she seemed more interested in arguing with customers. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and believe management should address this behavior and provide better customer service training!!
