Dear Manager, I am writing to formally report a very upsetting and unacceptable incident that occurred at your beauty supply store involving one of your cashiers. The customer service was very bad they are not professional horrible. The Ethiopian lady who served us had very bad attitudes, she was very rude,incompetent for her job ,she sold us human hair which we latter discovered to be actually is synthetic hair because it burned while I use it in hair salon I don't recommend this place for any one
