The customer service was very bad they are not professional horrible. The Ethiopian lady who served us had very bad attitudes, she was very rude,incompetent for her job ,she sold us human hair which we latter discovered to be actually is synthetic hair because it burned while I use it in hair salon I don't recommend this place for any one

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service at this store. I came in specifically looking for human hair and was explicitly assured by the staff that the product I was buying was genuine. I spent over $150, trusting their word, only to discover later that they had sold me synthetic hair. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve always liked coming here but last week I purchased a lash glue that was clogged and when I went to return it they said I’d have to purchase a new one and get 15% off. That’s not how math works, why would I be paying more money given that you sold me a bad product? I will not be returning.
