My unit got auctioned off and I'm just trying to recover my grandmother's ashes and my family and children's photos and baby books. I will pay for them. My husband had a stroke I fell behind in payments. They always worked with me I'm just trying to recover what memories I can.

I was attempting to secure a storage unit. They do have very competitive pricing. There is apparently only one person that works the office so getting ahold of anyone is very difficult. I showed up to the office during their office hours and the doors were locked. I called and left a message and was never called back. I went elsewhere for a unit.
