They are quick to respond to our needs, whether for questions regarding association documents, financial information, or for maintenance issues that are the responsibility of the association. Great over 55 communities
Office staff are rude, have attitudes, and are generally unhelpful. They are unprofessional in handling funds. I would avoid them at at all cost, but know that may not be possible, if they manage a property you have have in common. Be aware of just how they handle financial matters. Very dangerous company.
