As an engineering firm, we work with a lot of management companies, and the difference shows up in the details. Zach and Wheatland HOA Management are consistently prepared, get us documents and site access without delay, and keep their boards genuinely engaged in the process. That makes for better outcomes for the associations they serve. We have enjoyed working with them and look forward to more.
HOAs are terrible
Stench coming from walls and ceilings. Mold everywhere under crawlspace. Have pleaded and begged for help to resolve issue. Been 6 months of constant run around and avoidance. Even had to personally locate mold and get pics under crawlspace after we were assured there was none. Sent in evidence. Still nothing. This is beyond frustrating please do better. Why are we paying you monthly? Normandy Condominiums
Wheatland has been the management company for Brooktree for many years and we are very pleased with the services provided. They are quick to respond to our needs, whether for questions regarding association documents, financial information, or for maintenance issues that are the responsibility of the association. Pleased to have them working for us.
Top-of-the-line property management! Our HOA has used Wheatland for several years, and the relationship has been great! Fantastic team and first-rate administration. Very professional service. I would definitely recommend Wheatland Property Management.
