Lived here almost 7 years, the maintenance is amazing. Apartment could use an update, but all in all a good place to rent from
maintenance: prompt - professional - considerate
We can relate to all the comments already posted. We are currently experiencing the same type of stuff here. Ants everywhere, you complain and the complaints go no where. My biggest worry my neighbors house behind us is gonna flood. Hopefully something is done because they are driving me insane.
I just moved in a little less than a month ago so my word might not hold much weight. But from the time I toured up to today, everything and everyone has been great. They are completely on top of things when you reach out with concerns. The area is beautiful and I feel safe!
