Wheatland and Lynnsay Lochard were excellent. Lynnsay was able to provide a home care nurse within 24 hours of me first contacting her from the hospital late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurses she sent were professional, hard working and caring. Also they were very punctual and never left me without coverage.
The company does not pay their nurses per contract agreement. They appear to be fairly new and not yet established. One nurse had to call and email over and over until she was paid 6 weeks after seeing her first patients. Now, another 3 weeks and she still hasn’t been paid although her contract states she would be paid weekly. She receives one excuse after another when she asks about being paid.
Wheatland was a good company but the only reason they were good is because they had Lunise she was an excellent care taker and I have only good things to say about her. As far as the company goes they didn’t hired the right people to do such an important job that is to take care of our loved ones in their last days. Also Lynn tried to be accommodating but I feel like they were just hiring out anybody that can fill a position. In the future I hope they can train their employees a little bit more.
I took a BLS Instructor training course with Lynnsay & it was amazing. She is very patient, knowledgeable, & resourceful. Look no further than Wheatland Health for all of your CPR needs, you won’t be disappointed!
I took the skills portion of my AHA BLS Provider certification with Lynn. She was 100% wonderful! I've never had any hands on experience with these skills, and I was pretty nervous going in. Lynn provided constructive criticism where I needed it. However, she did so in such a conversationally educational way that I was able to correct and implement her feedback fluidly and without nervousness. She also answered all of my questions thoroughly.
