Kent did an awesome job as always. His office Santa needs a new hand so a go fund me account should be considered. Santa is stumpy on his left arm. Thankfully the elves can make his toys but it might be nice if he had a prosthetic available for special occasions. Or just color one eyeball so he has a patch. Clever decoration

All my experiences there have been very positive. The friendliness and skill level of your people is awesome. I fell in love with Kimberly...too bad she's married and too old for me! One suggestion...how about 1 appt. reminder instead of 5! That's it.
