I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Gabrielle Sciandra. She was truly wonderful. Incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She helped us with our super senior cat. The prices were reasonable at the clinic and they were very helpful. But yeah, big fan of Dr Sciandra.
Absolutely horrible service. Took my sick dog in, they didn’t even take her temperature before telling me she was fine and to come back if symptoms persisted. Symptoms did continue, and they told me I had to pay the exam fee again after already promising I wouldn’t have to. They do not care at all, and didn’t even try to help. Go to VEG on colfax, they actually care and pay attention to what is going on with your pet.
Our dog Maverick had a seizure. When we brought him in, every staff member treated him with such great care and attention. They were very helpful and informative. I highly recommend bringing your pet here in the event of an emergency.
I had a scary situation with my cat, and the entire team here was outstanding. The staff was professional, compassionate, and reassuring throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with, especially the veterinarian, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and support we received.
Dont come here if you need help, they wont even care to give a crap about your animal, waste your time worrying about weighing them while they are bleeding and try to convinve you that they need to drug your dog up to do anything because they can charge you $700 dollars for that. They want the exam fee up front because they dont intend on doing anything, they just need your money ASAP. They arent interested in offering any basic care for an open wound or have any knowledge just a money grab..
