My dad helped me find James Wheat when I got arrested for DWI. He helped me to get through the process and back on my feet. Several things happened within the case and Jim was able to keep my penalty down, about 1/3 of what several other people before me got. Im not happy it happened, but Im glad Jim was there for me.

I hired James Wheat to handle a DWI. I know that DWIs are bad but honestly I wasnt the one driving. We had to get a copy of the dash cam to prove someone screwed up the paperwork because clearly I wasnt the one driving. I owe James Wheat allot more than I paid him based on the quality of work he did.

Jim Wheat is the Best in criminal law in San Antonio. Hell stick with you until the end of the case and hell keep a level head about himself. Also, hes one of the few board certified attorneys in San Antonio - hes who other attys in trouble turn to for defense, so it doesnt get any better than that.
Out of the Blue the cops are banging on my front and back doors of my house. I didnt have any reason to hide so i opened the front door to find out what the deal was and Bam, Im arrested for some BS that happened 4 months earlier between my neighbor and I. Only by this time Im somehow made out to be the bad guy. After letting my first lawyer go I hired James Wheat. We were pulled over and the police found pot in the car and no one wanted to fess up to it. It really wasnt mine but since no one claimed it I was also arrested.I hired James Wheat and he was able to get my case dropped based on evidence he found in the police report and the fact Ive never been arrested for anything before.It was a very scary process but it could have been worst and I have James Wheat to thank for that.

San Antonio criminal Atty. James ( Jim ) Wheat was there for me in my darkest hour. And though " the System " kept throwing continuous punches at me and my disposition within the situation, Jim hung in there with me thru Hell. I know for Sure, other Attys would have run for the hills but Not Jim - I fully expected the " system " to go for my jugular in court but he kept them at bay and we ultimately won our case. Nothing I could ever say or do could ever be enough for a man who turned out to be my Guardian Angel.
