Have been here twice. My dad thought that seeing a different doctor the second time here wouldn't hurt... yeah about that. I've been misdiagnosed, never felt cared for, and never liked the attitude of most of the employees besides the woman who drew my blood for a blood test. My mom has told me when she visited, her doctor would tell her private information about other patients!! Yeah, not sure if I would risk trusting these guys ever. Dr. Alissa Sobieraj and her entire team- Trisha receptionist, Tina her nurse and all the others I haven't mentioned have always went above and beyond when it comes to my Healthcare and my children. Dr. Alissa has been my doctor for over 20 years- back when she worked under Retired Dr. Timothy McIntire. She is very thorough and always takes time to answer all my questions. I visited suit D. We arrived 1 minute early. The receptionist wanted to cancel our appointment because we did not have the information filled out. We drove 55 minutes to get here and she closed the window and was asking if she could cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional, they don’t care about you. Don’t come to this place.
I as with the others wish I could give a negative stars review. I would not recomend this clinic to anyone. We have had to constantly chase down referals from this office even after being told if the treatment prescribed didn't work to call and they would refer us to a specialist. We have had to chase down all our prescription renewals and have also had to chase down blood test paperwork after calling to have it sent to lab prior to visit Someone is dropping the ball badly
