I wish we had read the reviews, they kept our 250 deposit saying we hit something in the water. Well, we never went near the shore, stayed in the middle of the lake, so I believe they are running a scam. Ruined the rest of our stay in Branson. Cant stand people that steal.
Scam alert! Do not rent from this place. They charged us $250 for a scratched propeller. It literally had a scratch the size of my finger nail. And we reserved a wave runner but when we got there they told us that it is broken. I asked how long and one worker said about a month then manager came and told us it happened today. If we had known it wasn’t available we would have rented somewhere else and they know that. Our neighborhood gas dock and they do a great job.
Love this place I get gas water and pump out for the boat and ice without stepping off the boat. They even land and push you off. Make sure to tip well. Bunch of nice people Excellent service
We came from the West Coast for 4th of July. We had a B L A S T. We spent most of 3 days on the lake. Marina staff were friendly and helpful. Dock guys took care of us completely.
