Tyler (I believe was the manager on duty Thursday night) is fabulous. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his customer service. We had a circumstance that required a little extra help and attention and he did research and went above and beyond to help us in our suuuuper needy situation. We rented a pontoon yesterday. The boats are really nice and updated. As we were coming in a storm came up. I have never seen a better group of young people spring into action! They were all helping people get docked safely and let me tell you it was chaos! It’s was multiple rental boats coming in out of control trying to dock due to the storm. The staff was jumping on the boats to get them docked and everyone off safely. Our whole group was very impressed. I would definitely rent from here again!
My family and I have rented from What’s Up Dock twice now. They are quick to take reservations over the phone and explain the process. This last weekend we rented a wave runner for half a day. We arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled time to fill out the paperwork, and had the wave runner back at our dock by our start rental time. Very quick service, professional, and moves people through the check-out and check-in process quickly, even during busier days/times.
Easy in and out of marina. They have a great system to get you checked in and overview of boat and then to be sent on your way to explore beautiful Table Rock Lake. I recommend What's Up Dock and would use them again. Quality boats and streamlined system.
Great customer service, friendly staff. Very clean Marina. The boats are all new and very clean. Lots of rental options. Will rent from them again!
Really dissapointed. Was told over the phone by a girl that they had a wave runner and would hold it for us as we were close by. Went inside to find out they had rented it to the people in front of us. Just mad we wasted our time. Do not reccomend whatsoever. Will be going to Indian Point from now on.

Very well organized. The pontoon boat was in perfect condition. Every employee was very friendly, and welcoming. Price was very reasonable. we all had a great time on the boat! We will definitely rent from What's Up Dock again!
