I am so looking forward to visiting What's the Scoop? When I return to the States. I fully support the efforts of What's the Scoop? to bring high quality ice cream alng with positive community efforts for Portland. The only bad reviews here are people who have never set foot in the shop; instead they disagree with the proprietors community stance and are attacking their business. No matter your views, we can all agree to seek appropriate civil discourse and eating this high quality ice cream!!
