Dr. Whatley and his staff are very kind and helpful!
They lost my moms glasses and refuse to take responsibility. My mom had her yearly eye exam at another location and the new glasses were too expensive; therefore we tool her current frame and prescription to this location in order to get them filled. I received a text Friday July 3rd stating her glasses were in but we couldn't pick them up until today. We showed up and her glasses were not there and the receptionist said we didn't leave them. The staff is very nice and professional, environment is clean, and the doctor is very helpful. If you need your eyes checked and need glasses I would refer you to one to them
Dr Whatley and his staff are wonderful. Very professional and caring. Had an emergency with my left eye today and they had me come right in. Great staff.
Their staff is top notch. They go beyond to help you no matter the circumstance. Quality doctors, I’d see either Dr Whatley or Dr Rhyne. Worth your time.
