I sat in line for ten minutes after ordering and when I got to the window and paid, they decided to tell me I needed to drive around to the other side of the building and wait for my single chicken sandwich order. I said no, just give me a burger, and they did but when I had a chance to open it it was nothing, just a dry bun a single piece of meat and NOTHING ELSE. Service is most important. Not good. Waitress gave excuses for laziness and not very helpful. Good was got and fresh.
So sad normally I look forward to a biscuit and gravy, however I got a hard biscuit and white water soup with pepper no sausage�! No more Whataburger in Huntsville for me!!!
I had 2 people in front of me at 6am in the drive through and it took 45mins to get through 2 cars then i got to the window and the employees were rude.
I don't know why all of these people always find a reason to complain, I've been served with excellent service every time I've stepped foot in the door.
Bowling Green KY Needs to get a Whataburger and Popeye's
Once again, we turned around and left this Whataburger without ordering or eating. It is hot and greasy feeling inside, it's always overcrowded, with no place to sit. The staff is slow and uninterested and obviously wants to be somewhere else. This location gets lots of freeway traffic as well as locals that love Whataburger. We will not be back unless it is renovated. We will go to Crockett where the Whataburger there is outstanding!
I love Whataburger but the people working here are not happy & take it on us the customer's. Second time they mess my order & no apologies just attitude like we cooked the food in the back.
