I love eating at Whataburger it’s the best place in town if you want a juice fresh burger and have it your way. Got to love it.

In general, I love Whataburger. However, your Huntsville location is an embarrassment to the company. When the new location opened, I had hopes that the issues the drove me to no visiting the old location would be changed. Visited your new store today for the first time, and I hate to say that i will likely not return. I will visit other locations, but not the one closest to me. Dirty floors, seats, and tables. I really hope with the new location, we also get in new employees to work at it. The service has gotten absolutely awful. Orders are often wrong, very slow service no matter how busy they are, restraunt area often unclean, and a good number of the employees are often not friendly and/or rude.
