Placed an order through drive thru, missing one burger. But I made a call and thanks to Damion Rodriguez, with great customer service. He helped me out. Thank you sir for your great customer service
I stopped during lunch and the person behind counter took my order 3 times and I knew it would not be right 35 min we got our food it was wrong so back to kitchen. Waited 5 min to get what we ordered so 40min for burgers, im done with whataburger
Ordered a sausage biscuit meal around 6am. No customers were there when I showed up and the food was ready immediately. However it seemed the food was waiting for me to show up since dinner the day before. The biscuit was greasy and soggy. The egg was old and the sausage was damn near crunchy. The hash browns tasted like they dumped old ones back in the fryer. Why would anyone serve something like this???
