I pulled up to the outside drive thru, apparently they call it "drive thru B". I was the only car at either of the intercoms, and there were 2 cars ar the windows waiting to get their food. First off, no one addresses me and says, "Welcome to Whataburter, give us a minute", or anything. No biggie at that point, BUT, then a car pulls into the inside lane and they address him and I hear them tell him to give them a minute. We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and we finally drove away. When we were going past the drive up window someone was there.
