I love whataburger, but this location is the worst. They are super inconsistent with their food prep. Sometimes the fries are stale, sometimes the sodas are watery....sometimes everything is super salty. The last time I went they took out order and I pulled up to the first window to pay. It had a sign that said,"Please pay here." We waited for 10 minutes and no one came to the window. I then pulled up to the second window where people were doing random things but would not acknowledge that I was there. I waited almost 10 min... read more
Ordered online, but once I got to the location they didn't have what I ordered. If they are of stock on items , they should turn those items off. Hopefully I'll get my refund
My banana pudding milkshake is amazing, and Miss Coretta provided us with amazing customer service. She was so sweet and I wish we could’ve tipped her. :)
I absolutely love this place it's my favorite place to eat here in Athens Ga!!
