We stopped while on a road trip. The lady working the drive through and taking the orders was extremely rude, she was cursing while taking the orders, didn’t take our full order, missed items in our order and then got angry because we caught the missing items while going through. We weren’t able to get any spicy ketchup or condiments. The lids in our sodas don’t fit and keep coming off.
No help from the ladies behind the counter. They walked away as we walked in. We waited for a few minutes before realizing that there was a terminal where you could place your order directly. I used the men’s room and when I walked out I informed one of the ladies that the mens’s room did not have hand soap. She looked at me as if I was from another planet and took no action.
