Whatawait. I went through the drive-thru to order a double with fries combo. They had me pull ahead to wait for fresh fries. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, watching the people behind me grab their food and go, I had to leave. I had somewhere to be. People go through a FAST FOOD DRIVE-THRU to grab and go, not order and wait. How hard is it to make sure you have hot fries available? I called to get a refund but they said I needed a receipt. What in the world happened to this franchise? The first time my wife and I tried whataburger was 5 years ago in Arizona, it was awesome, we really enjoyed it. When my wife and I saw whatabuger here in Tennessee 4 years ago we were so happy. So we tried it for the first time, this was in Old Fort location, we were NOT impressed at all, the food was delayed for a long time and the fries were saggy, there were other issues that I can’t remember, but the experience was very disappointing!
