It was great my wife tried the new mushroom burger
Went through drive. They gave me the wrong sandwich and forgot my apple pies. When I went back they ignored me standing there. Then when they talked to me to find out what I wanted they proceeded to take orders from 5 other customers before trying to serve me. They asked where the sandwich they got wrong was. I said it was at home. The guy says, "Technically, you're supposed to bring back the sandwich." To which I replied, "Technically, you are supposed to get my order right." HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We went through the drive thru around 4 am on 12/10/17. The lady working the microphone told us to hold for a second... So we waited and waited for what seemed like more than 5mins and when my husband asked if anyone was still there, the woman with a rude, sarcastic tone of voice said, "NO". Which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST RUDE. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS WHATABURGER LOCATION EVER AGAIN AND WE WILL BE SURE TO TELL OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS ABOUT IT.
Closest to my house. Typical drive thru experience. Person taking my order is outside in the parking lot. Of course order is wrong, correct the order at the window. Guy in window pulls out phone to send text messages before putting my order in correctly. Food comes out wrong, drinks wrong, 20 minutes to make order correct. Still wrong, by this time I just want to get home.
Horrible Horrible Service in SW Fort Worth at the Altamesa & McCart location. Horrible customer service, mismanaged, and downright disrespectful employees. The worst drive-through service I've ever received and not much better inside. If you don't speak Ebonics they won't be able to understand your order since all they speak is street slang at this location. Total JOKE!
As usual, the customer service sucks here especially the night crew. The employee taking orders for drive thru is ALWAYS rude, I'm always rushed to order and then cut off with my total while still ordering and then something is ALWAYS forgotten, but I still get charged. Never returning to this location, management really needs to get on top of their shit employees.
