I go to this location all the time but today I was there at 6:09pm and when I get home find out my whole order was wrong, as soon as walked through the front door they knew right away why I was back. But even after they remade my order I get home and my wife's burger was still wrong, I offered to take it back for her but she was hungry and ate it anyway. Next I never had to check my food when come here but looks like I'm gonna have to now ☹
3 x before my order was correct. I got home and there was no meat on the burger. They had everyones order wrong. So many people upset. slow down - regroup and start over ..
Service was good. Food not so much. Worker eating openly in back where they are serving food.
I go to this Whataburger at least twice a week for breakfast and the cook is fabulous. My food is always good and fresh. The lady that works the drive through (Ebony) is such a nice person. I enjoy starting my day off with this crew. � Thanks for being awesome guys!!!
I went into this Whataburger around 10pm tonight and the guy behind the counter was running a credit card and laughing the whole time to himself and did not greet us yet they had a sign up at both registers saying CASH ONLY. Since he was running a card I asked the girl that finally came up if it was in fact CASH ONLY and she said yes. My friend thinks there was something else going on because that guy had his phone out and she thought he had took a picture of that credit card he was running. The Whataburger on Alta Mesa in Fort Worth has the rudest night crew I've encountered at a fast food chain. I've been to this location about four times in the past year and tonight I left without even ordering because the employees acted like it was an inconvenience for us to even be in there and then informed us that they were cash only even I clearly see them running cards for drive thru orders. This was the last time I'll go to this Whataburger until there is a change in management/crew.
Sweet & Spicy BACON Burger is great. I eat it Everytime I go there lately
It took 4 ppl to stand there get my order of taqitos made.. Its not rocket science.. Then i called my order in which means its a phon order so it shud b ready bout time i get there, hell naw i had to wait another 10 damn mins.. "WHATABUGER GET YA'LLS SHIT TOGETHER"..
