Lousy customer service, I’ll skip this location in the future, our drinks were forgotten so we had our food sitting in the car until they felt like bringing them to us. Who wants cold food? 🙄 an apology would’ve smoothed things over but didn’t even get that.

I went through the drive thru last night, I ordered and the lady was very rushing, very rude, didnt let me finish my order, as I was at the window I had asked if I can get onion rings and she said they couldn't do it, I told her she didnt let me finish ordering, she was mean mugging me the whole time just standing there.. so disappointing, the lady was Georgette W

My favorite part about visiting DFW. Food is always great quality and staff is always friendly. I love this place!!
I have never had such a poor experience at any fast food restaurant as I have had here tonight. This place makes Burger King seem 5 star. This location is ran so poorly - while waiting for my food over 15 mins inside... I watched customer after customer come in from the drive thru. The trash was running over into the floor from the trash cans, the fountain drinks were all out, the staff was rude and even the manager had no urgency and was out of it. I’m a W fan but this location is disappointing to say the least.
These people take so long to get our order we only ordered three things and then a another driver behind his pulls up and gets her food but we're sitting here waiting we were before them got to wait like 15 minutes for a dang food I don't get it why do they take so long
