If I could choose zero stars, I would. Worst whataburger in the valley! Never fail to get our orders wrong and employees are so rude about it.
Worst day ever today cashier gives me someone else's card and mine is long gone..worst part i cannot just go get a new card iam stuck without money and on my daughters birthday all the bills have to wait thanks to the cashier in the drive thru..beware people it can happen to you all thanks to their irresponsible staff
Every time I go through the drive-thru after hours, they screw up. Wether it's the wait time, the temperature of the food, or a mix up with the orders, there's always a problem. I've brought it up to the manager multiple times now but it's useless as it seems to just bother him. This may be the closest location to me but it will surely be my last time here.
This is not the closest Whataburger to my house but we love coming here to see Mr. Guillermo! He's the best. My toddler thinks he's funny and really nice. He always has a smile to share! Thank you, Mr. Guillermo!
Honestly, they don't deserve a star. They're the worse Whataburger location in Edinburg! The staff are all idiots, I have gone several times to this location, which I won't anymore and every time, my order is messed up. The managers are useless. I will no longer go to this establishment, neither should any of y'all! ��
Very dirty, manager sitting around chatting, not even paying attention to how dirty , filthy the place looks, had to even go to the the bathroom and get some towels to clean the table
Great service, food and real people are the reason I keep going back to Whataburger.
You guys really need to learn how to toast buns. Burned the heck out of mine every single time I ask.
