20 mins waiting on a salad. The manager asked what I had ordered. & Then offered extra ranch for the wait, really ranch? Never again! Lost my business. And before anybody tells me anything. I didn't argue or said anything. I just gave a simple smile. Thanked them and drove off.
45 minutes for a burger and there were 6 cars infront of me
After I ordered I waited 22 minutes in the second drive thru line for my food. I watched cars pass me in the first line repeatedly, getting very quick service but for some reason the second line received slower service. I will be visiting a different location next time.
25 minutes for a cold burger no fries.

RecommendedI go to this location all the time but today I was there at 6:09pm and when I get home find out my whole order was wrong, as soon as walked through the front door they knew right away why I was back. But even after they remade my order I get home and my wife's burger was still wrong, I offered to take it back for her but she was hungry and ate it anyway. Next I never had to check my food when come here but looks like I'm gonna have to now ☹
Very slow service just for a salad. 15min and counting.
