I was advised that these cups are good for tea and coffee by the kind sale person in the shop. When I made tea in one of them, the cup was super hot that I couldn't touch it. So the next day I went to return them but THE VERY RUDE MANAGER didn't accept the return. Her behaviour was horrible.
Female staff member was so rude. Recommend to avoid this store and take your business to a retailer who values customers.
We went shopping today and the lady who was serving us service was really good and she satisfied our requests. However, the manager Daniella was horribly rude with her at the time of serving us and so under pressure, the lady commited a mistake and charged us the wrong invoice, taking extra payment from us. When we got back home and checked our bills, we called back at 5. Daniella talked to us so rudely. I don’t think we’ll be shopping here at this store again
I am very disappointed with my experience at What’s Cooking shop. I purchased a cup that turned out to be faulty – the lid leaked water from the top. When I returned to the shop to request an exchange, the staff member was extremely rude and refused to help. This attitude is unacceptable and shows no respect for customers. Under Australian consumer law, faulty products must be repaired, replaced, or refunded, regardless of price. The way I was treated was unprofessional, and I will not shop here again.
