I am very disappointed with my experience at What’s Cooking shop. I purchased a cup that turned out to be faulty – the lid leaked water from the top. When I returned to the shop to request an exchange, the staff member was extremely rude and refused to help. This attitude is unacceptable and shows no respect for customers. Under Australian consumer law, faulty products must be repaired, replaced, or refunded, regardless of price. The way I was treated was unprofessional, and I will not shop here again.

Extreme and horrific rude behaviour by the salesperson. When requested for replacement of the faulty packaging of gift item, she didn’t even listen to the issue clearly and started behaving like as if we are asking for an undue favour and asking to replace a faulty product itself. When I asked why she is being rude, instead for an apology or sorry she kept on being rude to us. Never going there again. They get 2 stars as they had great prices on the pizza trays. I’d give them zero stars if it existed for their bedside manner. Dreadful service. Very rude. I was appalled. Will never shop here again.
