Over the years I ordered a couple of items from these company, and I was ever satisfied. In may 2024 I ordered a trouser in wrong size, right size was out of stock. I did not got a refund back yet. I claimed my refund, they told me in December 24 they missed it earlier, after more claims, Got the message to wait few days. I never got it. G. Schimatzek Austria UPDATE from today: Got my refund!
