Amazing gym and now their new location is gacue jiu jitsu and I could not be happier. What an incredible feeling knowing how to defend myself and survive un a terrible situation if it was ever to occur. Jamie the owner and instructor is incredible. Very patient and he knows what he's talking about

I started at What Is Movement almost 4 years ago and knew nothing about kettlebells, barbells or the Vipr. I was a yoyo dieter for most of my life and lost and gained 20 pounds more times then I'd like to admit. That all changed when I found What Is Movement and met Jamie Enriquez!
