We went to What A Bagel, Thornhill, ON, yesterday, the waiter was rude n emotionless, the Coffee was very dilute, we complaint but no effect, was difficult to get waiters attention for a refill of coffee. Will I go there again, not in a million years...
The food here is consistently amazing, but our favourites are the shakshuka, Asian chicken salad, and the Cali roasted Chicken Club. The shakshuka is so flavourful and comforting, but the Cali Club is also a must-try and has quickly become a go-to for us. That said, what truly sets this place apart is the service. strange and weird ordering system. for first time customer, i had no idea u have to pick the bagle yourself first and give it to the cashier to.make the sandwich. there should be a sign showing steps to order a sandwich so u dont wast time standing in line and told to get the bagle. also weird that there is no.capers for lox bagle. will not come back
