I have been coming to this location for over 12 years, and until today, the service has always been prompt and efficient. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely unacceptable. The employee left my bagel in the toaster and disappeared, leaving me waiting while she served another customer. When I asked another employee for assistance, she ignored my request and attempted to serve a new customer instead, telling me to go back to the original employee. We ordered two sandwiches to go and waited more than twenty minutes. When I got the sandwich, one was a grilled cheese, which contained no cheese. Had them remake it and at that time they were so busy they stopped taking orders. Multiple people behind me were also waiting the same amount of time for small orders. There is a What A Bagel at Bathurst and Steeles not too far from this one. I would recommend that one instead.

Good spot, good food, staff are rude. Salad had like 3 olives I said can I have a few more, they say I’ll ring you up $2.50 for extra black olives. Really… a $24 salad and you cant add 3 more black olives to make a customer happy. seems cheap and greedy to me. More principal than anything.
