I called the office to see if the office could see me as soon as possible. I was having issues with my left side of mouth, seemed like I had a tooth ache. This issue had been going on for about two weeks. I just wanted to make sure that nothing was really serious. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and got me in right away. The tech took many x-rays. When the dentist saw me, he told me there was nothing wrong that everything checked out ok. An amazing experience!! I have received dental care from 5 different dentists in various states over the years. First time visiting Dr. Tiet and it was the best dental experience I have ever had! Super helpful office staff; very nice patient rooms; nurse is a true professional and caring person and my treatment started at the appt time! No waiting! I drive from Sugar Land to Dr. Tiet's office in Wharton and it's worth it!
I've never been a fan of dentists, I usually wait until the pain is unbearable. They got made from in their schedule two days after I called but had me come in sooner when I called to let them know the pain was worsening. The dentist and assistant kept me calm and pulled the tooth right there. No more pain! Thank you Wharton Dental, I'll be coming back for sure
The staff at Wharton Dental is always friendly and accommodating. They make you feel welcome and don't treat you as just the next patient. Procedures are explained clearly so that you know what to expect.
I have been a patient of Wharton Dental for some time now; and had another appointment on April 23rd. As usual, all the staff as well as the doctor and hygienist were extremely nice and made the visit pleasant. I highly recommend them. Albert
