For once it was not crowded; you could actually get through the door! We have been there with a wait of almost 30 minuets before. We sat in the bar area at a table. The bar wait staff was slow; we were seated almost 5 minutes before someone came over to us and it was not crowded! We ordered our drinks-they came without straws/stirrers so my husband went to the bar itself and procured straws/stirrers for us. It was only fair.

Hi Nan! A few weeks ago, we made a commitment to start limiting the amount of plastic waste our restaurant produces. We started our Go Strawless campaign, along with other area restaurants, and no longer put straws in our drinks automatically, but do give them when asked.
Enjoyed a wonderful lunch today with my sister - had a Seafood Burger with Fried Green Tomatoes - it was so good!! We had a great waiter as well, very attentive and nice! The only thing was that we had to wait quite a bit for the food - but it was worth the wait! Will definitely come again!

It is the place for foodies. Unique. Isle of wheat beer i love! Best fried green tomatoes i have ever had.Won ton pork appetizer a must. Even the ice tea is above and beyond with the filtrated water system.
Beer was amazing and so was the food. Loved the atmosphere and can’t wait to go back!

Scallops were good and succotash was excellent! My daughter got the barbecue sandwich and she said was very good. Service was excellent and accommodating, will be back!
