Had the button shrooms and 12 ounce sirloin, both were spectacular! I can't wait to come back. I recommend the Dark Hallow *2 Stout, 10% but an excellent compliment!

A great experience. You have to try the appetizers! Great history to the building, staff is great. You won't be disappointed.

Just went in for dinner on a Wednesday evening, hoping the poor service reviews would prove false and excited to patronize a local, upcoming place. We had to make eye contact with a waiter for him to tell us we could seat ourselves and then proceeded to stand in the way while we ushered ourselves into the adjacent dining room. We took a seat and proceeded to wait a good ten minutes without menus, waters or any staff interaction before we left. Meanwhile, a waiter was walking around with a beer in his hand. Came in this past Saturday...the Stuffed Mushroom with Italian Sausage and Parmesean cheese were delicious...the onion rings were perfect. ..the beers...oh yes!!! Yum! Can't wait for your brews!! Lee was awesome and attentive and didn't mind my friend Lisa and I shouting out "sociable" and getting others to join in. My new favorite hangout! Cheers!

We came, we drank, we ate, we went home VERY happy! Hard to believe they've only been open a week because things seemed to work quite well -- great beers on tap, wonderful food and excellent service. The Non Won Tons are the hidden gem of the appetizer menu (crab balls were awesome too!); the meatloaf was everything it should be: a manly slab of comfort-food that pairs well with any dark brew; the oyster po-boy was stuffed with big 'uns. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Keep up the great work!

Good beer. Great prices. Super cool atmosphere. It is definitely a place that I would take someone visiting Smithfield or just meet some friends after work. Can't beat the prices and atmosphere. My husband loved it too! We just went to the bar for drinks and didn't try any food but everything coming out of the kitchen looked great!
Came with my family yesterday and was disappointed that their own beers weren't on the menu. The staff had no knowledge of the beers on tap and when I asked for a red beer they recommended, they brought me the darkest beer possible. The food was decent and the atmosphere was good. We all said we would try it again in a few months when the staff is better trained and had more experience. Hoping the next visit is smoother.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your visit yesterday. Our beers will probably be on tap in about a month, and the guest beers on tap have been in flux due to the volume of customers--We cleared out the distributors on a couple of the beers and had to replace them with different beers. We hope to see you again soon, and of course, you are welcome to sample any of our beers on tap to find the one you like best.
